Snow is good for one thing

Friday Jan. 3rd Loyalsock School District has a 2 hour delay

Everyone can agree that the one good thing about winter is all the snow days and two hour delays we receive due to the weather. Today everyone got to sleep a little longer and be in school a little less. What a great way to start off the day! Given that it's Friday made it even better! 

Hopeful for a half day

The first day back to break and the students are hopeful for a half day! Rumors spread about early dismissals and hopeful cancellations.

Snow fell in the late afternoon just as students' hopes began to diminish. Most expected an early dismissal since Montoursville was let out early, but as the day went on, the chance slowly faded.

Now, students are hopeful for a school cancellation tomorrow for that extra day of break to replenish after a rude awakening of work. Regardless, we hope that everyone can travel safely and that they enjoy the snow in some way or another!
