See You At the Pole!

Fall has come around again; it's time for football games, raking leaves, sweatshirts and hot chocolate; and of course, bringing in the new school year.  Some will stress, some will grow, and others will pray.  Christian Club has organized yet another yearly See You At the Pole, a time during which students and school faculty gather around the flag pole outside of the high school and spend time in prayer for not only the future of the school, but for the future of our nation.  Though the event is organized by Christian Club, any student is welcome to attend.  The gathering begins at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, September 25. 

See You At the Pole is the Christian Club's first event of this school year, but it is not the only thing they do.  At their meetings, they pray for students, faculty and our country.  Outside of their meetings, the club helps perform acts of kindness.  The club's president, Abigail Y., believes that it is their job as students to take a stand for what is right.  She also stated that if someone needs help, Christian Club will be there.  To join Christian Club, talk to Abigail Y. or Mrs. June.
